The 2025 Wisconsin Police Leadership Foundation (WPLF) Summer Training Conference and Expo is being held August 10th through 13th at the KI Convention Center in Green Bay.

We encourage anyone wishing to stay at either host hotel during the Conference to make their room reservations as soon as possible, as the number of rooms allocated to the Conference’s room block at the special discounted rate is limited and sells out very quickly. PARKING INFORMATION:  If staying at the Hyatt Regency during the 2025 WPLF Summer Conference we have negotiated 50% off of the prevailing parking rates per night which currently are set at a 2025 rate of $10.00 per night.

Additional Arrival & Departure Information: Hyatt hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and hotel check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Early check-ins and late check-outs are based on availability and are subject to additional fees. Please check with the hotel prior to arrival for availability and the most up-to-date fees. The current fee for arrival from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. is $25.00.

Breakfast: For guests only staying at the Hyatt, there is a complimentary hot breakfast daily in the lobby *Breakfast tickets are provided on check-in for the number of days guests are staying at the Hyatt.

Arrival and Departure:  Guest check-in time is after 3:00pm and checkout time is before 11:00am.
